These terms apply to your use of the website and learning portal of testing school ("the institution", "we"). By using the website or signing in to the portal you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Portal accounts are personal. Keep your password confidential, change any temporary password the first time you sign in, and tell the help desk (the institution's help desk line, the institution's official email address) at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
Information you give in an application must be true and complete. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission; admission is confirmed only by the institution in writing. False information may lead to an application being refused or a registration being cancelled.
Fees, payment plans and deadlines are those published by the institution for your course and intake. Pay only through the official channels shown in the portal or on your invoice (for example the institution's M-Pesa paybill) and keep your payment reference. Refunds follow the institution's fees and refund policy.
You must not: share your sign-in details; upload unlawful, offensive or infringing material; try to access data or areas you are not authorised to use; interfere with the security or operation of the portal; or use the service to harass anyone.
Work you submit must be your own. Plagiarism, impersonation, collusion and breaches of proctoring rules are handled under the institution's academic regulations and may lead to results being withheld or cancelled.
Course materials, recordings and assessments are owned by the institution or its licensors and are provided for your personal study only. Do not copy, publish or share them outside the portal without written permission. You keep the rights to work you create, and you allow the institution to use it for assessment, moderation, quality assurance and accreditation.
We aim to keep the website and portal available, but maintenance, network problems and events outside our control can interrupt them. Where an interruption affects a live class or an assessment, the institution will make reasonable alternative arrangements.
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Act, 2019.
To the extent the law allows, the institution is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the website or portal. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the laws of Kenya, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the institution's regulations, after following the institution's disciplinary procedures where they apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute.
